Political Action Committee
The Political Action Committee works to advance the NAACP’s mission of ensuring political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and eliminating race-based discrimination. The Political Action Committee:

seeks to increase registration and voting

works for the enactment of municipal, state and federal legislation designed to improve the educational, political and economic status of minority groups

seeks the repeal of racially discriminatory legislation

works to improve the administration of justice
-
works to secure equal enforcement of the law

keeps the National NAACP Office, the NAACP Washington Bureau, and the Mystic Valley Branch informed of all proposed legislation which affects minority groups.
The Committee is non-partisan and does not endorse candidates for public office.

With the release of 2020 Census data, towns and cities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts must redistrict precincts in their jurisdictions if significant population changes have emerged from the Census data​

Supporting CARES bills (Acts Relative to Anti-Racism, Equity, and Justice in Education), which seek to decolonize curriculum in schools
